Who Is Required to Report to OTE?
Starting July 1, 2024, the reporting obligation applies to:
Operators of Local Distribution Systems (LDS) - Must regularly report data on electricity consumption and production.
Electricity Suppliers - Responsible for reporting consumption data of their customers.
Large End Consumers (over 6 MWh/year) - If they use interval metering (type A or B), they must submit daily reports.
Electricity Producers - Required to report energy production from both renewable and non-renewable sources.
Energy Trackers - Individuals or companies tracking and understanding their energy use.
Efficiency-Driven Companies - Aiming to optimize usage, reduce waste, and ensure compliance.
